How far in advance should I book an artist?
It’s best to book 3-6 months in advance for popular artists. However, we can assist with last-minute bookings too.
Can I request a specific song or setlist?
Absolutely! Our artists are happy to tailor their performances to your needs.
What happens if the artist cancels last minute?
In the rare event of a cancellation, we have a list of talented artists to call on. Thanks to our clear refund and replacement policy, we’ll ensure that the show goes on.
Do I need to provide the artist with any equipment?
This depends on the artist. Most bring their own equipment, while some may need additional gear. We can assist with sourcing equipment if necessary.
How does payment work? Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure the booking, we require a 50% deposit upfront. The balance is due by the event date.
Are travel and accommodation costs included in the booking fee?
Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the booking fee. These are additional costs and will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
May I meet the artist before the event?
While in-person meetings may be tricky, we can arrange a video or phone call to finalise event details.
What kind of support can I expect from On The Bill during the event?
We offer comprehensive event support, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Can I change the performance time or date after booking?
Depending on the artist’s availability, changes can be accommodated. However, this may incur additional fees.
