Introduction
At On The Bill (OTB), we are committed to providing artists with the best possible platform to promote themselves and access exclusive deals and discounts. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our subscription packages.
Subscription Packages and Commitment
- Artist Packages: On The Bill offers three subscription packages:
- Brenda Fassie Package: R599/month
- Hugh Masekela Package: R1499/month
- Miriam Makeba Package: R2499/month
- 3-Month Commitment: When you subscribe to any of our artist packages, you are committing to a minimum of 3 months. This commitment is designed to allow you to fully experience the benefits and features we offer.
Cancellation Policy
- Early Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription during the initial 3-month commitment period, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract obligation. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will be terminated.
- Payment Failure: If your card is not successfully debited and we do not receive payment within 10 working days, it will be assumed that you have terminated your contract. If this occurs within the 3-month commitment period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining contract obligation will apply.
- Post-Commitment Period: After the initial 3-month commitment period, you may cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any additional charges. However, your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining days in that cycle.
Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Packages: As our subscription packages are billed on a monthly basis, they are generally non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has started, the service will continue until the end of that month, even if you choose to cancel during the cycle.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as technical problems preventing access to the service, or if the service does not meet the standards as advertised. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.
Price Changes
- Subscription Rates: The prices of our subscription packages are subject to change. However, any price changes will not affect artists who are already subscribed; they will continue to pay the amount they have been paying before the price change.
Changes to This Policy
We may update our Refunds & Cancellations Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted on our website with the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
